• Enquiry data (contact form): your name, phone number, whether that number is on WhatsApp, email address, country of residence, the product you are interested in, your optional message, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older (with the time it was given). • Website analytics: the page you visited, your approximate country and city (provided by Cloudflare from your IP address), your browser's user-agent string, and a shortened one-way hash of your IP address used to count unique visitors. We do not store your full IP address, and no cookies are used for this. • Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver and protect the website. We do not ask for sensitive financial data (bank account or card details, government ID numbers or health information) through this website. Please do not send KYC documents (PAN card, Aadhaar, passport) through the contact form — KYC is completed separately on the regulated investment or insurance platform.

• To reply to your enquiry and send you the product information you asked for. • To understand how the website is used, through first-party analytics that do not use cookies. • To keep the records required of a mutual fund distributor and insurance agent under AMFI, SEBI and IRDAI rules. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages you have not asked for.

For visitors in the UK and EEA, we rely on: • Legitimate interest — replying to enquiries you start, and first-party website analytics. • Legal obligation — keeping records required by AMFI, SEBI and IRDAI.

• Enquiries are deleted automatically 3 years after we receive them. • Website analytics are deleted automatically after 14 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Section 7), unless we must keep it to meet a legal or regulatory requirement.

This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. • Website analytics are collected first-party, without cookies. • Your browser keeps a few preferences on your device — recently viewed products, your product comparison list and your grid or list view choice. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings. • Embedded content loads only when you choose. Product videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player, which does not set YouTube cookies until you play a video. Instagram posts and the map on our Contact page load only after you tap "View post" or "Show map". Once loaded, YouTube (Google), Instagram (Meta) and Google Maps may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. • The admin panel at admin.pvsbfinancial.com uses a strictly necessary sign-in cookie from Supabase Auth. This does not apply to visitors of the public website.

• Supabase (database and admin sign-in, United States — US East region) — stores enquiries and website analytics. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. • Cloudflare (hosting, security and image delivery) — every request passes through Cloudflare's global network, which processes your IP address for security and to provide your approximate location. • Resend (email delivery) — forwards your enquiry to our inbox. • YouTube (Google), Instagram (Meta) and Google Maps — only if you choose to play or load their content (see Section 5). • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us using a WhatsApp button, your number and messages are handled by WhatsApp and received on our business phone. The website itself does not send your details to WhatsApp. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.

Subject to applicable law (the DPDP Act and Rules, and the GDPR where it applies), you can: • Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy. • Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data. • Ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it for a legal or regulatory reason. • Object to our first-party website analytics. • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. • Complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the UK or EEA, to your data protection authority. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The website is served only over HTTPS through Cloudflare's network, and our database is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Our database (Supabase) is hosted in the United States, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network. Your data may therefore be processed outside India, including in the United States, by the providers listed in Section 6, in accordance with applicable law.

Our services and the forms on this website are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Our contact form asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older, and we record that confirmation with the time it was given. If you believe a person under 18 has sent us their details, please contact us at contact@pvsbfinancial.com and we will delete them.
